Selling our property on the Lorship Estate, Letchworth. We interview several estate agency's and decided to let Sarah of Alexander Lewis Estate Agency manage the sale, her knowledge of selling properties linked to the Heritage Estate combined with a recommended solicitor who they regularily worked with seemed a good combination, especially as we were not familiar with area.The house was photographed, marketed, accompanied viewings, regular feedback both on property, market conditions and viewers comments.
