Sarah was our vendor's estate agent. When things got difficult below us in the chain, with the chain falling apart at one stage, and then being subject to delays, Sarah was always on hand to do whatever she could to chase solicitors etc. When things got particularly stressful she was always reassuring. However I would say that we have been very satisfied that we changed agents to Alexander Lewis for the sale of the property. The whole team have been very supportive providing close liaison between solicitors, buyer and ourselves. Sarah & co have had to contend with some difficult solicitors acting for some buyers but have performed well. Excellent service that I thoroughly recommend for buying or selling a property.
